PhilipMorrisUSA and DSC Logistics recently deployed a Bosch IP video solution in their Richmond, VA distribution center.  The integrator along with staff from both Chesapeake Marketing and Midlantic Marketing removed an existing analog CCTV system, installed a custom Winsted console, and installed a complete IP CCTV system in only a few days.

A national integrator was tasked with overhauling a command center virtually overnight for a federal government agency.  While Chesapeake Marketing handled the customary processes of designing the IP video system as well as the custom consoles and equipment racks, assistance was necessary to pull off the software installation quickly and efficiently.    Couple that with a high-profile facility that required quick turn around and our Onsite Support Team was at the ready to assist the integrator with the processes.

The Onsite Support Team worked side-by-side with the integrator to provide advice and support during the entire installation.  Nearly 100TB of iSCSI SAN storage, 14 flat panel monitors, and two custom consoles which manage over 120 cameras were assembled and operable after over 300 man-hours between Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.

Rohrer's Quarry in Lititz, PA is enjoying the benefits of a well installed, high quality IP video observation system.  The video system has allowed them to monitor their automated processes from one control room allowing them to operate more confidently and productively than ever.  Owen Blevins of Mid Atlantic Concrete Equipment (MACE) was new to the IP video arena.  They had previously installed analog systems at many concrete plants on the east coast, but had yet to venture into the Information Technology world of IP Video.  The Onsite Support Team was contracted to assist MACE with the software installation of an operator workstation and two large LCD monitors powered by a second pc called Bosch Monitor Wall that observe the plant's operations.  MACE was able to streamline the installation and simultaneously learn more about IP video in the process.  Surely the next installation will be even easier for MACE.  Gone are the anxiety and uncertainty that surrounded MACE's first IP video installation.
